Revenge!

 Gen 28 Heir Hope Belmont as a teen.

Hope found a strange book hidden at the back of the bookshelf one day.

It spoke of Vampires! And his family!

 Hope confronted his mother about the book. She was shocked that he had found it,

but she decided it was best to tell him the truth.

 At the same time, someone was plotting revenge...

 That night, Vlad snuck into Hope's room and bit him!

But not just to feed, he had cursed him with vampirism!

 The next day Hope awoke feeling ill and asked if he could stay home from school.

 His illness continued for a few days.

He couldn't eat or sleep and was constantly thirsty.

He couldn't understand what was causing it

 Trevor could feel it, even from far away.

So he called his daughter and told her he needed to meet with her as soon as possible.

 He to told what was happening to her son. He was becoming a vampire. 

She was devastated. But Trevor told her not to worry, He would take Hope in and train him to control his powers, and his thirst.

 Later that day, Shanoa explained to Hope what was happening.

He was furious and confused.

 Hope woke that night with a terrible thirst...

 He found the first person he could and drained them!

 After a few nights like this, Hope ran into another vampire while hunting.

He wasn't very pleased to have another vampire in what he considered his territory...

 This particular vampire was quite friendly though.

Hope was surprised when he announced that he was in fact his grandfather!

He told Hope that he had come to take him somewhere safe, to train him to control his powers.

 Hope said goodbye to his family the next morning and left with his grandfather.

 They arrived at a small house in the woods

 Hope was shocked upon seeing Trevor in his true form.

 Trevor took Hope out to the garden, where a strange tree was growing.

He explained that as part of his training, Hope would have to tend to the tree very carefully.

 Hope's training went fairly well. Though he did still sneak off to feed once in a while

He seemed to possess an insatiable thirst...
